Chivette Yay4Cosplay would like to share the impact the donations to the Chivette Toy Drive have already made:

“One of the families that you are helping this year is a super sweet family with a 5-year-old boy and a 13-year-old daughter. The mother has had two strokes and open-heart surgery in the last year and had to stop working, not only because of the physical problems but also because she’s now at high-risk for Covid.

The family is living solely off of dad’s income as a mechanic. Unfortunately, with times being the way they are, the shop just isn’t as busy as it used to be and it has been extremely difficult for them. They’re struggling to not only lose their home but to even put food on the table.

Their children asked for art supplies, clothing, puzzles, and blankets for Christmas this year, and thanks to the donations from all of you, they will find those presents wrapped under the tree come Christmas morning.”
