The Foster Care system can be a scary situation for a young kid to be in. You never know where, or when, or even IF a loving family will ever take you in, and 9-year-old Jordan from Oklahoma knows this better than most.
Thankfully, it looks like Jordan’s life is about to change in the best of ways, and he doesn’t even know it yet.
