A hairdresser is touching the hearts of people across the world for her act of kindness towards an extremely depressed client.
Kayley Olsson, from Iowa, says a girl came into her shop with matted, tangled, and dirty hair, asking Olsson to just shave it all off. She had school pictures the next day and couldn’t so much as run a comb through it without hurting herself. Olsson refused.
Instead, she spent 13 hours completely transforming the girl’s hair. The results are truly incredible.
Olsson shared the experience on Facebook, along with anonymous before and after photos of the girl’s ‘do, in hopes of shedding a light on mental illness and the power of kindness.
