Life is not easy. And letting our physical forms fly out of control can happen far too easily if you’re not careful. So when I see badass people taking the reins on their own lives through hard physical exertion and dietary discipline, I am impressed beyond measure.
These folks saw they needed to make a change in their lives in order to look and feel healthy and so they became the movement their bodies needed.
Kudos to each and every one of these individuals for their efforts and results!
