Twitter user zedinfluencer is going viral for his series of tweets explaining why people born between 1985 and 1995 are unlike any other generation. As someone born in 1992, I think it’s a bit hyperbolic to call us the MOST unique generation — I’d argue people who lived through things like WWII or the integration of schools or Vietnam to have seen far more dramatic changes in society than I have. And every generation is wholly unique to the others, each able to offer a different lens from which to view history. Though his take on us bridging the gap between the industrial age and the internet age holds true. Yes, many generations lived through both pre and post-internet-dominated worlds, but we’ve done so without becoming as indoctrinated into either world as the other generations have.
