These kinds of names are everywhere, said in prank calls and to substitute teachers across America. Seymore Butz, Oliver Klitt, Helen O’Yabich, etc. Funny thing is, many of these “Hugh Jazz” types are real people who have semi-prominent jobs. Let’s meet some.
