I’m a pretty geeky dude. I like a lot of weird shit, and most of the time I’m happy to talk about those things. But one of the things I love are musicals, I really fucking like them (Little Shop of Horrors is a masterpiece, the stage musical itself and the film’s Director’s Cut specifically).
But I don’t tell people that because either they expect me to break out into song or that I’m going to blather in their ears for five fucking hours about how Andrew Lloyd Webber is the second coming or something, and I’d rather not come off that way. We all love something like that, something that’s fans have a reputation for being more than annoying (or, a bit embarrassing):
