Rumor has it that if you’re a pregnant woman near the finish line, the restaurant has a dish that is proven to induce labor. Sounds crazy right? But according to nearly 300 women who tried the legendary ‘Scalini’s eggplant parmigiana,’ they went into labor within 48 hours after consuming the dish. The magical dish, made of breaded eggplant smothered in cheese and thick marinara sauce, has been nicknamed “eggplant babies” in honor of the 300 pictures of newborn babies that adorn the restaurant’s interior and website. You can’t make this stuff up.
