Animator is making an amazing retro X-men web series (14 Gifs)

Canadian animator, YouTuber and X-Men fan Joel Furtado is creating a web series with designs based on the 90’s X-Men: The Animated Series, and it’s gloriously retro.
By adding the 8bit/16bit video game style to rendered 3D models, he creates a really slick piece of nostalgia. His hope is to create a 18 part series of teams of X-Men battling and training in the Danger Room.
You need to see these characters, they really take me back to my childhood of arcades and cartoons.
