Before you arrive, be sure to check our suggested tips to party like the classy rockstar you are. Like any great game of beer pong, there’s House Rules (more like guidelines) that need to be followed to make sure that everyone is on the same page and ready for a good time.

- -For any tour slot, you can sign up to 12 people. Please be considerate to the other Chivers and only sign up if you are in Austin and can actually make it for your assigned tour.
-Bring your ID with you. All guests must be over 21 or older with valid ID. Minors must be accompanied with a parent or legal guardian.
-Please be responsible. We reserve the right to refuse service to any visitor for any reason.
-If you’re going to get on the slide, we suggest you wear close-toed shoes. High heels are not allowed to be on the slide.
-We have snacks, but not like real snacks – more like peanut butter cups and chips. So if you’re hungry, we can suggest some of our nearby food spots to getcha’ fed before or after your tour.
-No outside food or drink allowed.
-Service dogs only, while we love pets please leave them at home.
-Parking is not covered in ticketing.
-All tours are given in English and consist of a roughly 20-minute tour with time to chat with our friendly staff.
-All tours have a 24-hour cancellation policy and must be emailed to tours@thechive.com
