Coffee is truly one of God’s gifts to humanity and is quite literally drug. I’m definitely a fan. For me, it’s not just about the coffee. The entire process of making it is like a signifier of my day starting. But, it is also about the coffee. Love the taste, love the caffeine. And it turns out drinking black coffee is not only calorie-conscious, there are also health benefits that come with that cup of Joe.
