I love the smell of rotten shark in the morning! To make this dish, kill a shark, bury it in a hole for a few months, and then hang it in a curing chamber for a few more months! Cut it up into some cubes and you’ve got yourself a very, very strong ammonia-flavoured piece of meat. Yum!
