What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas… except when it’s on national television.
The Washington Capitals finally pulled it off. After years of heartbreak and disappointment, they managed to overcome a late-game deficit in Game 5 and win their first Stanley Cup in franchise history. The emotional celebration was certainly something to see, but we get the feeling that there’s one other thing from Thursday night that people will never forget. Actually, a couple of things.
