I know lawyers aren’t the most popular people in the world (somebody has to do the job), but I really recommend getting to know at least one, because courtroom stories are weird as hell more often than not. And these stories of lawyers, defendants, or both fucking up their own cases are just spectacular (and they seem to teach a simple universal lesson: Keep your goddamn mouth shut unless absolutely necessary).
