The internet is an integral part of almost every aspect of our daily lives, and it’s only going to become more ingrained in our culture as time goes on. How do we feel about this? According to our callout on Instagram, not good. While many responses acknowledged the positives (“I’ve seen more naked women than all of my ancestors put together”) the almost unanimous decision is that the internet had a lot of potential for good, but somewhere along the way, the series of tubes became clogged with junk and lies and stupid people with loud opinions. The creator of the internet himself won’t even say his weird little child has changed humanity for the better.
