Injuries are sometimes completely unavoidable, and we can’t predict when it will happen or how bad it will be. The best we can do is take care of ourselves physically, mentally, and handle any previously made responsibilities as best as possible while focusing on getting back to 100%.
This is a totally understandable concept to any logical person, but apparently, there are some people who disagree.
