If you don’t have trust in a relationship, then you don’t have anything. I would NEVER snoop on my girlfriend’s phone because we have so much trust. She wouldn’t have time to cheat on me anyway. She works all day, then goes straight to the gym with her personal trainer, Sven. But a lot of people aren’t so lucky, enduring toxic relationships marred in mistrust. The numbers are surprising: 50% of Americans admit to snooping on their partner’s phone. And if my math is correct, 50% is half. There are two people in a relationship (more if you’re a 20-something artist in a “polyamorous relationship” or a Mormon) which would mean basically 100% of relationships involve at least one person peaking at the other’s phone.
