In preparation for a video game, studios spend years of their time laying out the groundwork of cities and places. The Notre Dame Cathedral is even looking to 2014’s Assassin’s Creed Unity in order to rebuild after a fire tore through the building two years ago. Now not all the places on this list are identical models like Notre Dame, but they are inspired by real life places around the world.
