One of my favouirte opening lines to a movie is from Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, “We were somewhere around Barstow on the edge of the desert when the drugs began to take hold.”
That and many others DO NOT appear below. Huh?! Hendy did a post on some great movie opening lines a little while ago. I went through his and wanted to add a few more. Be sure to take a look at his post before your opening line in the comments is “How dare you not include…”
