Andriy Khlyvnyuk is a member of the Ukrainian band Boombox. When Russia invaded Ukraine on February 24th, 2022, Khlyvnyuk returned home to defend Ukraine.
Three days later, he posted a video on Instagram singing a Ukrainian protest song written during WWI.
“Now Pink Floyd has joined with Andriy to support his message of resistance,” the band wrote in the song’s release video.
The cool part: All proceeds of the song will go to Ukrainian Humanitarian Relief.
