I don’t often post job openings on theCHIVE, but there’s one I always like to share—the Office Manager role. My brother Leo and I both worked as office managers at different points in our reckless youths. Leo, a jack-of-all-trades, was great at it. I, on the other hand, was terrible because toolboxes and I have never seen eye to eye.
What I love most about this role is that it often becomes a springboard to bigger opportunities within theCHIVE and Atmosphere. Office managers work with every department, getting a front-row seat to how the company operates.
And once they’ve had their fill of keeping the place running smoothly, they often find new paths within the company. Since we love promoting from within, we’re all for it.
