We are not always in our best “fighting form”. But the power of perseverance is on full display here as folks refused to keep living at an unhealthy physical state. They hit the gym and kept to dedicated diets to achieve a whole new person beneath their former overweight bodies.
Kudos and congrats to all these brave souls who fought to get their health under control. They should be damn proud!
