Tony Hawk has already solidified his place in history as one of the greatest skateboarders to ever ride. His “900”, a two-and-a-half rotation in mid-air, is as iconic to skateboarding as Stacy Peralta’s hair. While he retired from professional competition for good in 2003, his empire has only grown with his video games, companies, and always hilarious twitter presence. At the age of 52, Hawk recently accomplished a feat that many wish they could hit in their prime. We will get to that in a second though.
