Unfortunately due to movies, TV, books, and pop culture, there are some animals out there who have been unfairly stereotyped. Bees for example have such a terrible reputation (thanks Macaulay) and they’re truly one of the most important insects on this planet.
Here are a number of animals who have gotten the metaphorical shaft for centuries now, and absolutely didn’t deserve it.
