Just an insane video. Even though I knew it had a happy ending, my forehead was still collecting beads of sweat. Darth Gator (awesome name, by the way) latched down on her hand and tried to remove it from her body like she was Luke Skywalker, hitting her with multiple barrel rolls. For sure looked like she was about to become gator lunch in front of a birthday party full of children.
But then something incredible happens…
Donny Wiseman, a random audience member with zero knowledge about how to wrestle gators other than what we’ve all seen on The Crocodile Hunter, dove into the enclosure and climbed on the gator’s back. The balls on this man are bulbous. Many of us, men especially, like to think in a situation like this we would step up and be the hero. A recent study showed 9 percent of men think they could beat a crocodile in a fight. But when it comes down to it, I think I would be more like the little girl who was crying for her mommy.
Can’t believe they didn’t have another professional on hand to help out. Props to Wiseman for staying calm and holding onto that dinosaur for dear life until the handler could instruct him on what to do next. He was getting bucked around for several minutes that must have felt more like several hours. The man is a hero and absolutely saved a life. Give him all the keys to the city. All the riches. All the blowjobs.
The trainer needs reconstructive surgery on her hand but she’s gonna be fine.
