Yesterday, Pat Perez, rocking William Murray’s Sandy Tiles, went pin hunting. He set the low round of the day, a -6 under 66 and positioned himself in the Top 10 headed into Sunday. Pat is teeing off now, coverage on NBC.
I spoke with Pat as he made his way to the driving range, he’s relaxed and in good spirits. There are a lot of Chivers on the course today from nearby Jacksonville, Florida, and he appreciates the love. The last thing he told me, “I’m gonna’ go for it.”
