When I first saw her profile, I was genuinely intrigued. Who is this woman donning gorgeous gowns and Victorian clothing? Old pinball machines in the background? A Princeton University pennant? I had to know more. So we tracked down Chivette, vintage shop owner, and OnlyFans model, PrettySadieReed. Direct from her store, Vice & Graft in the French Quarter, here’s her story.
Zach: We are joined by a very special guest; Megan Olsen. You may know her as PrettySadieReed on theCHIVE as one of our Verified Chivettes. How’s it going?
Megan: Great, Zach. I’m super excited to be here. It’s really nice to get to join the community in this way.
Zach: Definitely! So you’ve followed theCHIVE for a very long time. What made you want to start posting as a Chivette?
Megan: First, I think theCHIVE community is just a fun place to be on the internet. It’s really funny, through the pandemic and all the doom scrolling, I always found theCHIVE to be like a hit of dopamine. But secondly, I would say I’ve been a Chiver for a long time – over 10 years. And I remember vying for one of those rare green Chive shirts, and really hoping I could get a hold of one.
I also remember before theBERRY started, submitting photos to get featured on theCHIVE and emailing the team, hoping I get picked. So I would say in a nutshell, it’s pretty neat that theCHIVE has a place where you can push your own content to the community. I find that to be really fun.
