I’ll be the first to admit I have my fair share of fears that keep me up at night. For instance, if you get me in a social situation I feel trapped in, or a meeting where I’m speaking in front of a group of people, all of a sudden my body thinks we’re storming the beaches of Normandy. Long story short, anxiety really blows.
