October 8th is Nation Depression Screening Day, which is a holiday dedicated to dragging depression out of the darkness and ultimately finding ways to help those who need it most.

Making a conscious effort every day to look yourself in the mirror, and say I will fucking win today. Doesn’t seem like much, but it sure has helped me.
