Earlier this week, John put out a post announcing theCHIVE’s mission statement for 2020 – to make the world LAUGH again.
To put aside all of the negativity and daily bullshit that plagues the news and focus on what matters, to make the world 10% happier… Whether it be through a Random Act of Kindness or a joke – that is what we will strive for and encourage this year.
But for that to even be possible, it takes people who are willing to sacrifice everything to allow us the opportunity to LAUGH again. It takes people like Captain Ian H. McBeth, First Officer Paul Clyde Hudson and Flight Engineer Rick A. DeMorgan Jr.
