My youth is officially gone. Not only am I turning into my parents at this point, but all of the songs I remember from when I was younger are now appearing on oldies stations. It is all making sense to me now. When my parents were my age, they were listening to 70’s and 80’s radio stations. Now, we are listening to 90’s and early 2000’s radio. At least we have all the music at our fingertips. Long gone are the days of sitting around with a cassette tape, ready to hit record when our favorite song comes on the radio.
