A couple of things to note before getting into this story:
1. I’m not entirely sure where this story takes place, but it’s somewhere that uses kilometers per hour instead of miles per hour (which is why two numbers appear throughout the story to indicate speed).
2. There is a navigation app called Waze, which has the controversial feature of marking certain things on the road that users see, including the presence of law enforcement.
I don’t think anything else in this revenge tale needs an explanation though.
