Look, before we even get into this, this is a tricky story. It’s the story of a couple being mugged and how the guy ran away. On one hand, you’d like to think your man is going to have your back. On the other, I understand how flight or fight can make you do all sorts so stuff. It’s tough, and I’ll be entirely honest and say that the first half of this story isn’t exactly fun.
What’s less tough though is dealing with the aftermath, and with this particular boyfriend it astounds me how he fucked up almost every single thing he could possibly fuck up after the fact.
Oh! One last thing for reference: The woman telling the story is 22. Her boyfriend is 30.
