Last night at the NFL Draft the Chicago Bears traded up from the #3 pick to the #2 pick to draft North Carolina quarterback Mitchell Trubisky. They gave up two 3rd round picks and a 4th round pick to get a guy they who they probably could’ve waited to fall in their lap.
The move was a bit of a surprise and it got heavily criticized by the media, but the funniest aspect was when Twitter found old tweets from the new Bears QB.
Six years ago, Trubisky tweeted out a favorite activity of his. Not the best look for the new franchise quarterback of a struggling organization, but hey, at least he’e honest.
