Just for the record, I love steak. Like, a rare steak (preferably an exceptional T-bone or a well-marbled ribeye) with a good potato-based side, covered in sautéed mushrooms and onions is my favorite plate of food on this planet, and I doubt anything will ever top that. I’ve had the pleasure of eating at local steakhouses, and chain ones (like Ruth’s Chris and Capital Grille).
And I’ve NEVER heard of the chain steakhouse we’ll be talking about today.
