A lot of things from the 90s have aged surprisingly well. Monica Bellucci and Salma Hayek for instance. Other things, like just about any specific advice, aged like fresh produce. People began pointing out the advice that was great in the 90s but would probably be worthless nowadays and it’s a strangely nostalgic look at probably the worst decade ever.
