A couple of clarifications about the headline here:
1. I think you know what we mean by a “Male Karen,” but yes, it’s a man who’s immediate impulse is to complain to the manager when he didn’t get what he wanted (they’re seemingly rarer than the traditional Karen, but do exist).
2. When I say “expert tattoo shop owner,” I have no idea if this man is a great tattoo artist. However, judging by the text exchange that follows, it seems like he’s an expert in dealing with terrible customers because this is one of the most thorough eviscerations of a shitty customer ever recorded:
