Listen, every employee drops that ball from time to time. We know that better than most. And when people do slip-up if they’re lucky they’ll deal with a forgiving client that will let them off the hook for their failure(s). This was the case for one pizza delivery driver who left a pie for the customer worse for the wear…to say the least.
The customer reacted insanely well for someone that just realized their pie was a total clusterf***, and the ensuing exchange between the customer and the driver’s boss is such an uplifting teachable moment…
