Taking a shit is one of the few natural getaways that you can look forward to throughout the day. Punishing the porcelain gets us away from work and allows us to get lost in our phones for anywhere from 10-20 minutes. It’s great, isn’t it? But what happens when, for whatever reason, you haven’t “dropped the kids off at the pool” for a few days? It turns out, that shit don’t fly.
