Meet Kristyna Martelli. Martelli is the owner of a popular Instagram account that depicts her heavily modified body. She has had over a hundred surgeries in all and has admitted she is far from done. As you can imagine, her figure attracts quite a bit of negative attention, but she seems to take the hate in stride.
