Earlier this week, Chinese authorities banned people from seductively eating bananas while using live-streaming services. Yes, you read that correctly. Thousands have taken to Weibo (Chinese version of Twitter) to chime in on the baffling ban. Some of the biggest questions being, “Who decides what is and is not seductive?” and “Will this ban soon include cucumbers?“. As the son of a Chinese immigrant, I’m more happy than ever that my family was able to immigrate into this wonderful country we call the United States of America. A country where women can seductively eat bananas without fear of repercussion.
